Responsibilities of Team Lead TL?

1. Prepare the Software Test Plan.
2. Check/ Review the Test cases document
3. Review the prepared test cases by team for System, Integration and UAT.
4. analyze requirement during the requirement analysis phase of project.
5. Keep track of new requirement from the project.
6. Estimate the Project future requirement
7. Arrange the Hardware/Software requirement for the Test Setup.
8. Escalate the issue about project requirement to PM/TM
9. Escalate the issue in the application to the client.
10. Assign task to all testing team member and ensure that all have sufficient work
11. Organiza the meeting
12. Prepare the Agenda for meeting ex. weekly team meeting
13. Attend the schedule client call and discuss the weekly status with client.
14. Send daily/Weekly status report to client
15. Frequent status check meeting with team
16. Act as a single point of contact between developer and testing team.
17. Track and report upon testing activities including testing result, test case coverage, required resource, defect discovered and their status.
18. Ensure content and structure of all testing document/artifacts is documented and maintained
19. Log project related issue in the defect tracking tool indentified for the project
20. Attend weekly team meeting wit TM
21. Organize/conduct internal training for new person.
22. MOM preparation.
