1. If any defect which we could not find out in system test environment then it is called as defect leakage.
2. Suppose there is some defects but during testing we are unable to find out that but end user only getting that then it is called defect leakage..
3. If the client reports any bug that is called Defect Leakage. Bugs that are not identified while testing and that are identified by client
What is defect density?
1. Defect Density=Total No. of Defects/Total Defects in module functional
2. Number of defects found in single module is know as defect density.
Latency bug:?
The bug which is not identified in present version and can be able to identified in Later versions.
Risk Analysis is divided into two they are
Generally we can identify two types of risks they are
• General. • Project Based Risk.
General: In this category we will try to identify those problems, we may come across Hardware, software and People.
E.g., RAM Failure, Disk crash, an employee exit, Team
Shuffling, Hub failure etc...
Project Based : In this category we will identify for risk and the dependency.
E.g., Rate of interest calculation,Modular dependency,
Test data collection etc.
Gap Analysis:?
The gap analysis process involves determining, documenting and approving the variance between business requirements and current capabilities.
